Celebrity Page TV is working with Ranker.com and their Watchworthy app to make sure you have something to watch after The CW premieres DC's StarGirl''s second season on August 10.

The hit series stars Brec Basinger as the show's titular character who goes from average high school student to superhero after finding the cosmic staff and spawning a new generation of superheroes in the Justice Society of America.

If you want to stay within the superhero genre, Netflix's Raising Dion is a great choice.

The show follows single mom Nicole Warren (Alisha Wainwright) and son Dion (Ja'Siah Young) after discovering the young boy has superpowers. Following the revelation, Nicole must protect her son, and his abilities, from those who wish to exploit them.

Merlin, while not about superheroes, is an apt recommendation because of its mystical and fantasy themes. The series aired on the BBC from 2008-2012 and revisits the stories of King Arthur and wizard Merlin. The show takes place when the two were young men and focuses on their adventures and friendship. Colin Morgan (Merlin) and Bradley James (King Arthur) are the show's stars, and all five seasons can be streamed on Netflix.

HBO Max's Doom Patrol will keep fans of DC's Stargirl in the DC universe.

The Doom Patrol is a group of weary and slightly washed-up superheroes who are called to action to complete a mission given to them by the Chief (Timothy Dalton). The show stars characters like Jane (Diane Guererro), Rita Farr (April Bowlby), Mr. Nobody (Alan Tudyk), Larry Trainor (Matt Bomer), Cliff Steele (Brendan Fraser), and Cyborg (Jovian Wade).

Doom Patrol's third season will begin airing on HBO Max September 23.
