With awards season in full swing, the stars are hitting the carpets dressed to the nines! TV Insider's Jessica Napoli talked with E! News Fashion Correspondent Zanna Roberts Rassi for an inside look at some of this year's hottest fashion trends.

New York Fashion Week and the Oscars Red Carpet

On how she's enjoying NYFW, Roberts Rassi said:

"Fashion week is in full swing! ... The energy is great, it's always good."

Roberts Rassi, who will be doing fashion coverage at this year's Oscars, gave Napoli a peek at some of the red carpet trends to look out for.

"I do think we're seeing a return to bigger dresses. We're seeing a return to bigger ruffles, bigger pleats, lots of color. It's festive, it's fun, and it's celebratory dressing."

And what's Roberts Rassi's red carpet advice to the stars?

"Please go for it, people. Please!"
