Jessica Chastain and Andrew Garfield are set to star in The Eyes of Tammy Faye, an upcoming film about the rise, fall, and career of televangelist Tammy Faye Bakker.

This is the first glimpse of the film that we are getting as it is going to be released on September 17th, 2021.

Fans are already buzzing from the trailer that Jessica Chastain's performance may have Oscar potential. Even the make-up transformation is remarkable for both Chastain and Garfield from what we can see.

Chastain has been nominated for two Academy Awards in the past, one for Best Supporting Actress in The Help(2012) and one for Best Actress in Zero Dark Thirty(2013).
