Americans are hesitant to return to theaters due to COVID-19 and many films have pushed their release dates. Dune starring Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya is one of them.

Dune, the highly anticipated film starring Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Josh Brolin, Oscar Isaac, and others, was originally set to release on December 18, 2020. However, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, it is yet another film to decide to push its release date, and is now set to release on October 1, 2021.

The film is a science fiction motion picture adapted from a novel by the same name by Frank Herbert. It is the first of what is planned to be a two part series.
