The battles have officially begun!
On this week's episode of The Voice, twelve contestants battled it out to earn their spots in the "Knockout" round. Kelly Clarkson was out sick, so her good friend and country singer Kelsea Ballerini filled in. There were lots of incredible performances and a few noteworthy steals, so let's get into ti!
Gean Garcia vs. Ryleigh Modig - "pov"
On Team Kelly, both Gean Garcia and Ryleigh Modig wowed the coaches with their rendition of Ariana Grande's "pov."
Kelsea Ballerini phoned Kelly Clarskon to figure out who she should pick as the winner. Ultimately, she chose Ryleigh, but Kelly reassured the "substitute" coach that both contestants would be a great decision, as she didn't think either would be going home... and she was right! Nick and Blake both turned for Gean, but Gean went with John.
