1st look as Disney World reopens amid COVID-19

Guests can now go to Disney World theme parks, but in order to ensure safety, there are new social distancing guidelines and Covid-19 protocols that will be set in place.

A new era of Walt Disney

Parades and character greetings are on hiatus for now, but parks will establish new ways for fans to see their favorite characters. GMA reports that there will also be mobile check ins to minimize surface-touching. Additionally, capacity will be significantly lower, and temperature checks and masks will be mandatory. Magic Kingdom Park and Animal Kingdom will reopen July 11th, and EPCOT and Hollywood Studios will reopen on July 15th.

Although we never imagined Disney World this way, the reopening is an exciting change for everyone planning to attend this July!
