What To Watch Today, September 1st

Nelly & Friends

There's something for everybody to watch today, from Nelly headlining CMT Crossroads with Florida Georgia Line and Kane Brown to the preview of The Ten Rings on Disney Plus

Happy first day of September! Let's start the month off right with today's what to watch.

CMT Crossroads - CMT

It's getting hot in here! Nelly is making history tonight as the first rapper to headline CMT Crossroads. Fresh off of the release of his genre-bending EP Heartland, the legendary rapper is taking on the hit CMT show. Nelly will be joined by Florida Georgia Line, Blanco Brown, and Kane Brown who are both featured on the aforementioned EP. "Nelly and Friends" airs on CMT tonight at 10:00pm ET.

How to Be a Cowboy - Netflix

Go behind the scenes with Dale Brisby and his crew at Radiator Ranch in Netflix's How To Be a Cowboy. Dubbed "the next Joe Exotic" by some, Brisby started out as a viral social media sensation. Now, the bull rider is the subject of his very own show. Stream How To Be a Cowboy on Netflix now.

Future of Work - PBS

In the mood for a compelling PBS special? Look no further than Future of Work. The three-part docuseries attempts to answer the question "What does the workplace look like in the future?" With the world around us rapidly changing, this question becomes more and more impossible to answer. The premiere of Future of Work airs on PBS tonight at 10:00pm ET.

Turning Point: 9/11 and the War on Terror - Netflix

In Turning Point: 9/11 and the War on Terror, the terrorist attacks of September 11th 2001 are put under the microscope over the course of about five hours. The gripping docuseries includes first hand accounts from people like White House Chief of Staff Andrew Card who delivered the news to President Bush that America was under attack. Stream Turning Point: 9/11 and the War on Terror on Netflix now.

Dug Days - Disney Plus

The lovable pup from Up is getting his very own series of shorts on Disney Plus! The release of this series comes shortly after the death of Ed Asner who returns to the series as the voice of Carl Fredricksen. This role has become the one Asner is most known for. Dug Days also stars Bob Peterson who is returning as the title character. Stream Dug Days on Disney Plus now.

Marvel Studios' Legends: "The Ten Rings" - Disney Plus

The thirteenth episode of Marvel Studios' Legends serves as a prelude to the upcoming new film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Surprisingly enough, the short features mostly footage from the Iron Man trilogy. However, the scenes strung together in the short tie in nicely to the upcoming Marvel film which stars Simu Liu as the title character. Tony Leung costars as The Mandarin, who had his name stolen by Ben Kinglsey's character in Iron Man 3 (hence the references to Iron Man 3 in the new Legends episode). Stream Marvel Studios' Legends on Disney Plus now.
