Talking with the Cast of Fighting with my Family
Fighting with my Family has received high praise for being a wrestling movie the whole family can enjoy.
The film is based on the life and rise of WWE Superstar Paige, and our Arthur Kade sat down with the film's director Stephen Merchant and Paige to learn more about the story behind the film!
When asked about telling Paige's story, Stephen Merchant said that he believes the story was always waiting to be told.
"You've got this amazing Rocky-style story just sitting there waiting to be turned into a movie..."
Paige wants viewers to walk away inspired by the film's core message -- be yourself!
"The good thing about the story is that it just tells you to be yourself and you can get anywhere ... being yourself is your superpower!"
Arthur spoke with the film's co-stars Lena Headey and Florence Pugh about their own struggles to succeed in the entertainment business, and Headey was very candid about her experience.
"I've been doing it for 25 years, so I've definitely had moments where I've thought, 'I'll go and do something else,' and every time you're about to go do something else, something pulls you back in."
