To celebrate Black History Month, YouTube Originals just dropped a gift for all of us: Black Renaissance, an original special that features legendary icons.

The Black Renaissance special is in partnership with Google Arts & Culture and delves into the contributions of Black artists and creatives that have helped shaping the world with their talents.

Black Renaissance furthers the conversation of the #YouTubeBlackVoicesFund, which focuses on telling new narratives that show the joy, dignity and power of Black voices.

The past and the present of black culture are both represented at the fullest in this brand new special, in numerous fields. As the trailer states:

"The Black experience is rooted in creativity."

Stars that are present in the special are: Stacey Abrams, H.E.R., Anderson .Paak, Kelly Rowland, Bob the Drag Queen, Ziwe, Maurice Harris, Yung BBQ, Nicole Byer, TwinsthenewTrend, Sherrie Silver, Oumi Janta, Donté Colley.

And performances from: President Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Jason Reynolds, Killer Mike, Desus Nice & The Kid Mero, Jemele Hill, Shantell Martin and Tobe Nwigwe.
