Following Jamie Lynn Spears' Good Morning America interview, sister Britney Spears brings a response to Twitter.

Britney Spears and sister Jame Lynn Spears have been in a long public feud over a variety of things revolving around Britney Spears' conservatorship, resulting in an extremely strained relationship.

On January 12, Jamie Lynn Spears (the younger of the two sisters) had an interview on Good Morning America, ion which she discussed Britney's conservatorship and their damaged relationship. Jamie Lynn had been only 17 years old, at the time of the start of her sister's conservatorship, and she was about to have a child. Not only did Jamie Lynn say she didn't understand what was happening, but she also made it clear that that was not the focus of her life right then: having a healthy baby was.

Following the interview, Britney responded with two tweets a couple of days later, containing screenshots of "letters" from the Notes App on her iPhone that she wrote directed to her sister.

Jamie Lynn has an upcoming memoir titled "Things I Should Have Said." It will be released tomorrow, January 18th, 2022. This book is one of the factors contributing to the sister feud as in her Good Morning America interview, Jamie Lynn accused her sister of allegedly pulling a knife on her when they were alone in the same room together, back when Jamie Lynn was a kid. This moment is supposedly written in her memoir according to a Fox News, and Britney reacted via Twitter.

Here is just a snippet of something Britney said in her tweets:

"Jamie Lynn ... congrats babe ! You've stooped to a whole new level of LOW ... I've never been around you with a knife or would I ever even think to do such !!! The only knife I ever saw you with at home was cutting the biggest piece of squash I ever saw in my life and it was way too big for me to cut ... So please please stop with these crazy lies for the Hollywood books !!!"
