Courteney Cox, Mira Sorvino & Judith Light Star In New Horror Comedy Series 'Shining Vale'

Courteney Cox, Mira Sorvino & Judith Light Star In New Horror Comedy Series 'Shining Vale' | CPTV

Whether you're a horror fan, a comedy fan, or both, Shining Vale is sure to be one of your new favorite shows.

The beloved Friends actress is returning to the small screen alongside Oscar-nominated actor Greg Kinnear.

In the series, Cox's character is caught cheating on her husband and the couple decide to move their dysfunctional family to the small town of Shining Vale in an attempt to rebuild their lives.

Much to their surprise, the house ends up being haunted. Pat, however, seems to be the only one who suspects anything.

Academy Award and Golden Globe winning actress Mira Sorvino plays Rosemary, a ghost haunting the house who only Pat can see.

"I've just been dying to connect with someone for 70 years and now in Courteney's character Pat. I feel like I've found my soul sister... another dissatisfied woman who is examining her life," Sorvino said.

The star-studded cast continues with Emmy and Tony Award winner Judith Light, playing Courteney's mom in the show.

"You've got a team of people that are creating a show that is just magic. I know people are gonna be really compelled by this and I never say that. I always go poo... don't say things like that. This is magic," Light said.

In addition to the all-star cast and hilarious writing, horror fans are in for quite the treat with plenty of horror film easter eggs.

"Shining Vale, which is the town, is just a tip of the hat to 'The Shining.' It's a house on 'Elm Street,' another tip of the hat... and my name is Rosemary, and you know, 'Rosemary's Baby,'" Sorvino said.

Shining Vale premieres Sunday, March 6th, on STARZ.
