Kim Kardashian has been traipsing around Rome, Italy, making the city a backdrop for her tour destination photo-shoots showcasing her outfits.

On Sunday, Kim visited the Colosseum in Rome with her friend Tracy Romulus and her "Glam Fam" make-up artist Mario Dedivanovic and hair-stylist Chris Appleton.

The SKIMS mogul took to Instagram to show the off-guard photos taken with her friends as well as posed glamour hotel photos writing:

"When in Rome..."

The Keeping Up With The Kardashian's star wore a white long-sleeve low-cut bodysuit paired with blue high-waisted shorts. She sported minimalistic accessories such as blue sunglasses, a pink cross choker necklace, and casual grey flip-flop kitten heels. She stopped outside of high-end Dal Bolognese restaurant in Piazza del Popolo and smirked for paparazzi photos before walking to her SUV.

Kardashian who is known for pushing the boundaries with outfit choices not afraid to bare skin, sparked controversy over the gown she chose to wear while visiting the Vatican with supermodel pal Kate Moss and her 18-year-old daughter Lila. The Sistine Chapel is know for strict dress code attire, and attendees are not permitted to wear "low-cut or sleeveless clothing."

Kardashian wore a shoulder-baring see-through hip hugging lace gown with cutouts at the hips. She assembled the look with sporty silver glasses carrying a trench coat, which she most likely draped over herself in the chapel. Moss and her daughter opted for dark colored long sleeves and skirts passing their knees.

While Kardashian has been rubbing elbows with high-end designers and supermodels while in Italy (including being gifted accessories from Fendi) she announced on Twitter that Skims is the official loungewear, undergarments, and pajamas partnership for Team USA at the Tokyo and Paralympic Games.
