The original Space Jam movie was released in 1996 and revolved around the Looney Tunes character seeking the help of basketball legend Michael Jordan, in order to stop the evil Nerdlucks. Fans have been anxiously anticipating any news on the second film, Space Jam: A New Legacy, and we finally got an update!

The Jersey

Lebron James will be starring as the lead of the movie, and we now finally have a look at the jersey. As seen in the clip above, the jersey will feature the iconic bullseye design and include pops of blue and orange. Although there has been no news on the other characters or their uniforms, the film is still set to be released in July 2021.

Lebron James' Announcement

James also took to Instagram to share his excitement about the movie and the release of the jersey. He wrote:

"Tune squad coming soon!! Glad all my @ljfamfoundation and @ipromiseschool families got to see it first. Thanks for holdin it down my brother @mavcarter #JustkidsfromAKRON"
