Created by NCIS Los Angeles stars LL Cool J and Chris O' Donnell, Come Dance With Me brings together pairs of family dance teams from all over the country.

The catch?

While one member from each team is a talented young dancer, they must invite a family member that has no actual dancing experience of their own to join them.

With the help of professional choreographers, the family dance duos compete each week by performing challenging dance routines for a chance to win the grand prize.

Limp Bizkit's drummer John Otto and his daughter Ava are one of the couple's competing on the new show.

"I always dreamed of dancing on stage with my dad and that fulfills that dream, so it was really awesome," Ava said.

The young dancer also admitted she liked being able to call the shots for once as she got to "boss" her dad around.

"I just was keeping one foot in front of the other and worried about not trying to embarrass her let alone embarrass myself," John said.

Come Dance With Me airs Friday nights on CBS.
