Mossimo Giannulli has been released from federal prison following the infamous college admission scandal.

Mossimo Giannulli and Lori Loughlin were two of the faces behind the college admission bribery scandal that swept the nation in 2019 and have both now been released after serving months in federal prison.

Now in Community Confinement

Since November, designer Mossimo Giannulli has been in prison for charges of fraud in relation to paying the University of Southern California half a million dollars for his daughters, Bella Giannulli and Olivia Jade's admission to the institution.

After serving his time at Lompoc Federal Prison, Giannulli is under house confinement and will be released April 17.

Loughlin's Release

His wife Lori Loughlin was released in December from The Federal Correctional Institution, Dublin. While the two were both charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest-services mail fraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering, and conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery, the Full House (1987-1995) star served a shorter time than Giannulli due to her involvement.

While Loughlin has completed her 100 hours of court-mandated community service helping the nonprofit Project Angel Food, Giannulli must still complete his 250 hours of community service.
