After 32 years Eddie Murphy and Arsenio Hall are returning to Queens. Get your first look at Coming 2 America.

In the film Akeem is getting ready to become king however, he learns that he fathered a son (Jermaine Fowler) with a local woman (Leslie Jones). Previous stars of the first film including Shari Headley, Paul Bates, John Amos, and James Earl Jones will be in the film and will also have new stars to join them on this adventure including KiKi Layne, Tracy Morgan, Rick Ross, and Wesley Snipes. The film also reunites director Craig Brewer who previously worked with Murphy in Dolemite Is My Name.

People also received a first look at the film. In an interview with one of the stars of the returning sequel Jones stated:

"I feel it's the perfect time for everyone to return to Zamunda!"

The film was originally set to be released theatrically by Paramount Pictures in the U.S. and Canada on August 7, 2020, but was then pushed to December 18, 2020 just before the COVID-19 pandemic began. We cannot wait for the highly anticipated sequel. Coming 2 America will be available on Amazon Prime Video on March 5, 2021.
