The post-apocalyptic drama Snowpiecer, focusing on a train filled with everyone left on earth, has been renewed for season 2! The sci-fi thriller has been a massive success for TNT, bringing in an average of 1.25 Million Viewers. TNT describes Snowpiercer as:

"Set more than seven years after the world has become a frozen wasteland, Snowpiercer centers on the remnants of humanity who inhabit a perpetually moving train, with 1001 cars, that circles the globe. Class warfare, social injustice and the politics of survival play out in this riveting television adaptation based on the critically acclaimed graphic novel series and film of the same name"

The biggest announcement out of the new teaser is that Sean Bean will be joining the cast. Bean's character is currently being presumed as the owner of the train.

Snowpiercer's cast includes Jennifer Connelly as Melanie Cavill, Daveed Diggs as Andre Layton, Mickey Sumner as Bess Till, Alison Wright as Ruth Wardell, Iddo Goldberg as Bennett Knox, and Lena Hall as Miss Audrey.

You can catch up on Season 1 of Snowpiercer on the TNT App. Season 2 is expected to premiere June/July of 2021.
