Sports and fashion collide on the red carpet for SI50 celebrating Sports Illustrated’s latest issue.

Fashion + Sports = Style

Our correspondent, Howard Henley, caught up with a trio of cover models for the fashionable front of Sport's Illustrated, including Olympic alpine skier Lindsey Vonn, professional hockey player P.K. Subban, and professional football player Odell Beckham, Jr.

Subban was reluctant to name any one fashion icon he emulates, preferring to stay authentic and wear what makes him feel comfortable.

Ever the trendsetter, Beckham made a statement both literally and figuratively with his larger than life style.

We also spoke with Ibtihaj Muhammad, the Olympic fencer who was surprised to make the list last year, and even more surprised to make it a second year in a row.

With the straightforward motive of expressing herself with what she wears, she must have a powerful inner style icon.
