December is just right around the corner as we transition from fall movies to our beloved holiday season TV shows and films. Here is the latest scoop on some upcoming holiday specials that you won't want to miss:

Biggest Little Christmas Showdown

Miniature items have been quite the trend over the past couple of years, and now HGTV is bringing us a show of people making miniature Christmas houses.

Tony Award winner James Monroe Iglehart hosts the show as teams of artists try to make the best miniature holiday items in the game. He shared:

"There's a whole world of miniatures - they have magazines and websites and they have to buy the little things or they build them on their own, it is incredible. The detail is amazing. You can literally shrink yourself down and live in these houses, they have working lights, they have working water - I mean, you can cook in these places, it is ridiculous."

The limited series is on HGTV every Friday.

CMA Country Christmas

Singer Thomas Rhett, his wife Lauren Akins, and their children are hosting CMA Country Christmas. The anticipated show will premiere on November 30th on ABC and Hulu. Performers include Dan + Shay, Tim Mcgraw, and Kelsea Ballerini.

The Disney Holiday Singalong

And, on the same night as CMA Country Christmas, ABC and Hulu will air The Disney Holiday Singalong. Ryan Seacrest hosts while stars like Ciara, BTS, Michael Bublé, P!NK, Adam Lambert and more.

CBS Bringing Christmas Classics

How The Grinch Stole Christmas

There's three renditions of How the Grinch Stole Christmas, but you can't deny that the classic is a must watch in the Christmas season. NBC and Peacock will air the infamous cartoon.

Minions Holiday Special

NBC and Peacock will also air the very first Minions Holiday Special this season.
